For those with little experience with free weights, we provide assistance in learning how they can benefit you. 5) Our universal circuit is commonly used for stretching, yoga, Pilates, and manual body exercises, as well as Swiss balls, medicine balls, BOSU™ Balls, jump ropes, and resistance bands. 6) The core circuit is dedicated to the development and strengthing of your core muscle groups, including abdominals, obliques, and lumbar muscles. |
